The neighbor Calvin gave us great tips and suggestions for our first time in the city. Parking every time was right out front, on street. Comfy and cozy home away from home. “Had an Amazing stay here. The location is perfect, right in the hot spot of Southie, and walkable to everything. Apartment was nice and big, and plenty of bathrooms for a group of family or friends. Great host as well who let us check in early since our flights arrived early. ”

“Overall this is a nice location and a nice place. Beds were clean, everything in working order. Hot Tub was a nice touch. Heat Pumps for AC is a very nice option too. We Ubered in to Aquarium but ended up taking the T back and walking the mile or so. I recommend this option if you have a big group”

“The beds and decor are lovely. The house itself is quite old and smells a little musty/moldy. But everything you need is there: lots of pillows, towels, soap, kitchen items, etc. ”

“Brought a bachelor party of 9 to stay here, and it was perfect. Lots of individual beds, plenty of showers and hot water to get ready for a nice dinner in town, and good spaces for gathering and playing board games. Very close to the subway and a bus stop - the bus ride from the airport is free, even! There are also great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus parks and shops for basics.One kitchen is a handy thing to have, and there was a coffee maker with pre-ground coffee, along with sugar and……

“The house is actually made up of three apartments on three floors. This was a good thing and allowed for our female colleagues to have their own floor. We were looking for someplace for our team of 8 to stay for the Boston Seafood Show and this was really quite good. Just about 15-18 minutes from the convention center, its a reasonable Lyft/Uber ride or drive. Will stay here again”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
