We enjoyed the Spa on our first afternoon but when I went to organise a massage for the next day I was told by that the area would be closed. This was a shock, it has not been mentioned by any member of staff when I phoned prior to our stay, nor was it stated when we booked the thermal area for our first afternoon. One of the reasons we had booked the Perle was because it had the Spa. The next morning we spoke with reception about the problem and voiced our concern. Once we were back in the room we had a call from reception telling us the area would be available after all. This was excellent service. It altered our view of the hotel as it was dealt with so promptly and made us determined to return. All the staff were helpful, efficient and charming, from housekeeping and reception, to bar and restaurant staff."
