“No frills, however it’s so beautiful and clean. The price was right!! If there were any amenities we were not aware of them. The woman that checked us in was less than friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get information from her (such as parking!) Fortunately, everyone else we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful. Well worth the price!!”

“The hotel is in a good location if you are going to Busch stadium and nearby restaurants. The breakfast was ok. I wished there were more options for food but waffles are always good. The hot water in the room wasn't as hot as we like it but we made it work. The front desk staff and valet gentlemen were great. However, one person on valet service didn't work very well when people were checking in and out. At least 2 are needed.”

“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,……

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
