“Great!”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the property was clean with amazing views all around. There is plenty to do and a few places to eat and drink. Mattresses were a little outdated and worn in. The hot tubs were very small and dirty and pool area just didn't seem kept up.”

“Bathroom did not appear to be very clean upon our arrival. Security lock on door was broken and did not work.”

“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort……

“We have traveled alot and stayed in alot of places. The room was okay. Pretty basic. The stone floor was cold. The drapery rings were falling apart and hard to manage. The worst was the bed. It was too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The bedding was ridiculous. For a king size bed, the bedding seemed more fitting to a queen or double. the top sheet, pulled tight, barely made it to our shoulders. The small comforter/blanket did not cover the top of the bed. The thin bed spread barely did.……

“View was amazing. It's difficult to summarize everything as they are a work in progress. The food , dinner and breakfast was absolutely incredible and worth buying in advance. The road to the tents is a bit steep but ok. Beds super comfortable and just a bit of TLC needed to make the tent really special. Worth the visit and owners are very receptive to comments. We will definitely return for a visit.”

“Staff in the restaurant are excellent. Food was great. We had to call downstairs four times for problems with the TV. We finally gave up and didn't call again. Beds were terrible.”

“We truly enjoyed our time staying at the teepee on the property. It's located at the back of the property and it is peaceful. The bed was comfortable and was clean inside. There was also a table and futon couch and microwave/fridge. A few things to note: There is a small airport across the road and we heard a plane flying very nearby at night which we wouldn't have expected. Also there are trains which pass and sound their horns. It's not loud but I heard it while my wife completely slept……

“I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. It was quiet even in the heart of downtown. The location was ideal. The kitchen had everything I needed to make all my meals. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was also spacious. Some little things i always appreciate- good lighting, no strong cleaning perfumes, nice smelling soap and shampoo, and a record player with some great albums. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall our stay was good. The property needs some maintenace and cleaning. Also listing said there were towels, but no shower towels were provided. Also no clean drinking water, which was not mentioned until we arrived.”

“The cabin was gorgeous! When we arrived, they left a special message and provided drinks to celebrate our engagement. Firewood was provided as well as freshly laid eggs. People in Sandpoint are very polite. We intend on returning here for another trip in the future. ”

“Very clean and comfy. Good location. Everything was fine. It is a bit small, but it worked great. There is a restaurant/bar upstairs that closes at 11. It was kind of loud but didnt bother us”

“Ben and Tracy were amazing and most accommodating. We came for a night to celebrate my 60th Birthday!! Its just perfect very quiet room its warm and cozy just what we needed. The HotTub was incredibly soothing and perfect for two people. We will certainly stay again!! Thanks Joe & Beth”
