"Clean and spacious room. Almost felt like a mini suite with the kitchenette area and table. My mom and I were there for 5 nights while my sister was an inpatient at UCLA hospital. Friendly staff and clean. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I like the same thing for breakfast every day and I was able to buy some yogurt and store that in the room fridge. So, can’t really review that, but it looked like a lot of options. No complaints. The lobby feels a little small, but don’t let that first impression take up too much of your opinion. Great stay at a great price!"

"Property was clean , but really dated. A remodel or refresh is in order. The breakfast buffet was less than appealing and had little to no flavor. Everything tasted like it was out of a can or bag. Yuck!"

10/10 Excellent
"Really lovely hotel, beautiful facilities and very attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed the free trolley shuttle into Universal, which made things super easy. The poolside food was fantastic, great ingredients and quality and very reasonably priced. We also really enjoyed the evening movies by the pool, which felt like a lovely way to finish off a busy day. My only criticism is that the rules at the pool aren't really enforced, the over 21's hot tub regularly had teenagers in it, and the family spa which was supposed to be no under 14's without a parent, was also filled regularly by young children without any parents in sight. We also saw people sitting in the hot tub eating pizza and crisps, which is just grim. Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone, but would be nice to see guests being more respectful of their surroundings, and more responsible for their children at the pool."
