“Horrible experience staying here! Had my property stolen from my room by the maintenance worker while I was gone with my daughter and friends. Front desk person was rude when asked about extra towels or to get toilet paper! Told us they were out and tht it was our problem not theirs! Definitely would not recommend staying here EVER!!”

“This property was run down and in need of a facelift! Our “presidential suite” had a door that wouldn’t even lock because the door jam and the deadbolt did not align. You didn’t need a key, you could push the door open without a key. Not secure at all! They moved us to a downgraded room that was terrible. A slipcover was over the loveseat because the love seat had chunks out of it. The bathroom had mildew and the grout was out of the floor tile. I could go on and on about how run down this……

“Room was always cleaned for the day, towels restocked! Parking was not the best. Wasn’t much of a choice for breakfast especially with a kid with. Other than that stay was good.”

“The room, hotel and staff were top notch. This was the perfect choice and well worth the extra money over cheaper hotels in the area.”

“Comfortable and no issues”

“I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!”

“The air did not work, hot and muggy”

“No pool, and the breakfast...well, the orange and apple juices were both warm, there was cereal no milk. And, there were only little honey buns, nothing else!! The coffee was ok but there was no regular sugar and no creamer. I was very disappointed 😞 My door to my room had to be slammed shut and pulled hard if you're trying to get out of the room. Bed was comfortable. The ice machine.....oh my, it smelled awful, couldn't use it for drinks, had to go to the store just for ice.”

“This was a simple but CLEAN hotel. We were there only about 8 hours but it served its purpose. Not fancy but overall great for the price”

“If you want a coffee maker you have to buy one! We had one small bar of soap. No king size bed. Only one light blanket. I could go on but you get the idea.”
