“Beautiful place. We actually spent more time there than going into town. The whole place felt so comfortable. We played pool and foosball and the view was incredible. Thank you so much for the special touches throughout the cabin. We would definitely enjoy staying again. ”

“We were sad to see so much destruction from floods as we drove in to property. A cabin we stayed at a few years ago was ruined. Two next to our parking space were ruined as well. So sad! BUT our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable in cabin 21. Sitting on the porch watching the low stream and the deer we lovely! We hope to go back soon!!”

“The host was super attentive. The house itself is a little off the beaten path, which was exactly what we were looking for. There's an outdoor firepit, and indoor wood burning stove with firewood available for use. The beds are comfortable, and TVs in each room. If I go back to the Ruidoso area again, I will definitely try to stay here again.”

“The cabins need a deep cleaning to start with. It seems as they only change sheets and take out trash. The dust could affect anyone’s allergies and asthma. Very cozy but not very clean for what they charge, they should improve their quality. ”

“Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back.”

“The cabin was exactly as described! It was clean, everything worked as it should and we had a great stay. The “stars” rating forced me to make a choice but we don’t have children so I can’t comment on that. It was excellent for my wife and I and my mother.”
