“The cleanliness of the property was excellent. Pools and hot tubs were numerous and clean, breakfast was delicious and beaches were outstanding Room was a bit dated but water pressure in shower was excellent and room was clean during stay. Room was more of a typical motel room but served the purpose”

“So we checked in we didn't realize in the back on the beach was closed the city was refurbishing the beaches which was an end of the world they were working during the daytime but come night time they were working all night backup alarm deep and beeping beeping beeping right straight opposite of our room they were picking up the 40-ft lake diameter pipe and drop them all night long I called the front desk at 11:00 ask him about this situation they said they couldn't do anything about it but I……

“Cockroaches in room, pull out bed broken, air conditioning not working and didn’t have beach access. Parking was a nightmare and extra charge. Room was the 2 bedroom penthouse”

“I found my room was pretty dirty. Dishes still had food on them, the bathtub was covered in dirt. The condo was not in great condition - one sink was cracked, the washer was so loud that it kept everyone awake. Strangely, I had 1 wine glass but 2 toasters. It's a good resort for kids though - lots of pools and slides.”

“Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite. Overall 7.5/10”

“I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She……

“My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open.”

“The hotel was a stopover before we got to our final destination. The king bed took up most of the room. Bathroom was big, and updated. Too bad the shower curtain had mold or mildew on it( gross). Staff was very nice, breakfast was simple, I wish there was some bacon or sausage and omelette, instead they had hard boiled eggs. We would find another property to stay in next time.”

“Noisy neighbors”

“We had a great time being right on the beach. The balcony was our favorite place to go in the morning or night. The view was spectacular. A very convenient location for beach access.”

“Check in was friendly and welcoming. Had a good sleep as the environs were quiet and bed was comfortable. I really appreciate rooms without carpeting for my allergies. The breakfast was finished at 9:30am sharp, so no dawdling allowed. Exercise room is nice but could use some temperature control as it was kinda hot in there. Ate at nice Italian restaurant close by, Luccas Chophouse. We sat outside, ordered homemade seafood ravioli with a scampi sauce and received great service.”
