“This was the perfect place for my family to stay for the holidays! Wonderful apartment with all the amenities needed and then some! It was perfectly located - a quick drive (or we could even walk) to the shore and Sandi Hook along with several restaurants and the Twin Lights. I was able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen and deck every morning which was wonderful! There was a small park on the water a very short walk up the road for our dogs. Plenty of parking on site. “Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service. Front desk staff should be welcoming and professional, and this was the complete opposite. If you are looking……
