“Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.”

“Arrived at 11:20 pm, it was supposed to be 24 hour desk, after hours phone number didn’t work first few tries, had to drive to another hotel to pick up key which then did not work. They had to unlock with a master key and then wouldn’t give me a key that worked. Lady was not nice. When I asked if I could just cancel after all I had been through that was their fault, I was told no. Staff not there when I checked out. Tub and shower not clean so I didn’t use. I did not feel safe. No deadbolt or……

“Great place. Was greeted and checked in by a wonderfully nice woman at the front desk. Room was clean, pool was nice, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel was new and nice! There was wait staff at breakfast. She took our order and delivered food. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The shower was stuck in shower. The knobs were impossible to turn. Staff did not once come to change our sheets or change garbage, within our week stay. I don’t recommend this hotel.”

“Needs structural fixing- electrical outlets were sunken in - carpet taped up - nicks in tub - no bugs were seen - not fully clean but alright Be careful the metal base of the bed did cut my leg when trying to get in the very high bed - since it was metal I did get a tetanus shot from the local urgent care Night clerk was fantastic - morning man was alright - they do have smoking rooms - coffee was not the greatest”

“There is definitely a communication barrier with housekeeping . On Saturday when we returned from town, our room had not been cleaned yet. The gentleman who was helping clean rooms, asked us if we wanted it cleaned. My husband told him, yes and that we needed clean towels. He repeated it and then was ask for our used towels. We gave them to housekeeping. We had to then ask for towels that night bc he never came back with towels. The room was clean but the second round of towels were very dingy……

“It was a quick stay but they offer a free breakfast in the morning. They make omelettes made to order with other light options like waffle making and yogurt, muffins etc. It was a nice way to start the day.”

“Room stunk. I could see out under the room door. There was a huge gap. I could literally put my hand through it. The wifi barely worked. Blankets had burn holes in them. Sheets and towels were stained. Also the tub had a huge crack in the floor. I asked to switched rooms. They gave me a key to another room. Opened the door and it smelled like cat pee and the couch in there looked like it was moldy. So I just stayed in my main room.”

“We were given a room twice that the door locks didnt work. 2 rooms that already had people in them. Final 2 rooms were on second floor. Hallways were hot, stairwells hotter. 5th room we got to we stayed in. Not good but we accepted it. It was an hour and a half just to get in our room. 10 p.m. Poor girl at front desk was at her wits end. No ac in lobby either. Will not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else. In fact, i would recommend they didnt stay there.”
