"We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every moment at this hotel. Our room was beautiful, with an incredible view, and everything felt exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bedsheets were especially soft and luxurious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The Hotel had umbrellas readily available which came in handy as it rained all Sunday. The staff was outstanding—particularly the hotel reception team and security, who were always professional, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had. We did attempt to request a late check-out, which unfortunately wasn’t available, and that was a bit disappointing so maybe inform clients at check in that due to being fully booked, late check out will not be available. Dining was a highlight of our experience. Breakfast at Casa Gianna was excellent, and our experience at Restaurant Yamashiro was beyond exceptional—both the food and service were top-tier and truly memorable. The spa was also wonderful. Although we encountered a few minor issues, management handled everything swiftly and professionally, making us feel seen, valued, and appreciated. A special thank you to the spa front desk staff for their outstanding professionalism and care. My only small suggestion would be to consider upgrading the robes, as the material was a uncomfortable and caused me irritation and itchiness. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to returning soon!"

"The property itself feels outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. The staff was just okay—there was little to no acknowledgment as a guest unless I initiated conversation or needed assistance, which didn’t feel very welcoming. The room was not properly maintained. It didn’t feel tidy upon arrival, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I also requested housekeeping during my 3-day stay, but was informed that rooms are only cleaned every three days, which was inconvenient. Additionally, when my flight was canceled, I asked the front desk about extending my stay or exploring options, and the response I received was very vague and nonchalant. During this time i sat in the lobby for 2-3 hours figuring out my next move due to my flight cancel and not one person stopped and asked if i was okay or needed assistance although i didn’t but seeing someone in your lobby for 3 hours and not saying anything is weird to me. It didn’t feel like they were interested in helping or accommodating the situation. The only highlight of this hotel is the pool—it’s definitely the best feature. However, be aware that at the pool area, your total may be charged twice initially, with one charge later refunded as an authorization, which can be confusing. "
