The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior. "This place is awesome! Private parking included, modern amenities and the host, Andrew, is just a phone call away. The unit is equipped with all the amenities that you need in a home away from home. It boast a lovely flower garden with fountains and benches! We stayed for 6 days and it was a short drive to the convention center, Deep Elum, and all the city's attractions. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, great place to stay, will look to stay again in the future! "

"We stayed for 5 nights while we were trying to determine if we were interested in moving to Dallas. We picked an area that my husband was familiar with. The VRBO was great for our excursions. Close to the city and easy to get onto the freeways. The only thing we were surprised about was the two sets of stairs that we needed to navigate with our luggage. We are retirement are and would have preferred an easier method of accessing the apartment."

"It is a quite, clean, safe place. Manager was very responsive to all my needs."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas!"

"Quiet third floor condo with walkout balcony! Was great after a long days work!"
