“We enjoyed our time at the Hull rental. We sat every morning with our coffee and looked out over the ocean. If you stay there, definitely recommend Jake's Seafood restaurant. The food was amazing!”

“I selected Gary’s property primarily because of the proximity of the Boston Convention center (We were able to walk there in about 15 minutes!), but the access to everything in downtown Boston was also fantastic. We were able to catch an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go in no more than 30 minutes. One small side note, there are 5 wall hanging artworks within the home that feature nude women; those with children or otherwise sensitive may wish to know.”

“The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean……

There was rain while we were there and had to walk in water to get in the door. Other than that we had a wonderful trip.”

The open space was perfect for our family to cook and relax together. We walked and ran in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The hosts were responsive and always available. “We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. The upstairs living area is great for conversation and the downstairs living area was where we congregated every evening to watch Netflix. I highly recommend this……

“The location, the hosts and all the little extras were top notch! It was so welcoming to be greeted with a bottle of wine and other little culinary treats — they even had a darker make-up towel( now that is really going above & beyond). The only caveat would be the bathroom and bedroom are on different levels- it was fine for us , but if you were to have mobility issues it might be challenging I couldn’t be any more effusive about how perfect this stay was. Two thumbs way up!”

“Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!”

“Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.”

“This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
