"An honest review. Rooms are clean, but smell musty until you adjust the thermostat to 74 and low fan speed. Too much AC and humidity mix causes the smell. The resort staff are friendly and try their best to help you enjoy your stay, but language is definitely a barrier. I will not hold that against them because I can't speak Spanish either. Property grounds are exceptional! Amenities are abundant. Great for adults and children with plenty to do. Pool area was beautiful and the water park was great...even for our 2 year old granddaughter. Towel game is always in play but I had no problem finding a spot for 5 at 8:00am. Check in was relatively easy but they always try to upsell. I'll take care of you if you take care of me is a common theme. Doesn't matter which room you stay in you will hear everything outside your door. Bars....pack your patience, slow service....hold a $5 bill in your hand then they look at you. Drinks are good, but you may get faster service if you wait for someone to come around and ask you. Food is good for the most part, buffet has good options and excellent pizza. Tried a few restaurants and they are decent, nothing to right home about, but depending on how busy the resort is you may not get in unless you book 2 days out. Beach is nice but the ocean is weedy. If I were to go back to the DR I would stay here again."

"Hi, I have a little encounter at the front desk with the worker Felipe(Language Barrier) Jordan’s, He didn’t want check me out all because of a situation with a birthdate breakfast that my daughter book. I Zelle the money to my daughter. So the shuttle took a lot longer to get to front desk so my daughter could pay for breakfast, I told him let my daughter tap one payment, he let her tap two time with international fees. Then when I try explain they brush me off with there Dominican accent, never believe that my child will pay, they treat classy black folks rude. I start arguing with him,his understanding skills is poor, the front seat should hve fluent English and Spanish so I rate front desk 0/10\. Do not let prestige trick u, nd premium also drop me at the wrong terminal A instead of B, I got walk to my terminal, stressful airport front desk, sad hve nice day"
