“Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. We got to check in early and Deidre offered to let us stay a little longer on Monday the day we left. Communication was great and Deidre thought of everything……

“The property itself is just as described. It was clean and we really appreciated that. The cleaning staff was great!! They were kind enough to give us one more day of coffee supplies. We loved how everything was wrapped. Such as the towels and the kitchenette supplies. It was also great that we had internet and TV. What we did not appreciate was that on the first night another guest that was 4 units away was having a party till after 2 a.m. Not only did they have a party but the music was so……

“We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief. Food platters from Costco were easily arranged and the weather was perfect. It was so……

“Cozy little house on the water! We loved sitting out in the deck enjoying the scenery and the breeze. There were plenty of chairs for the whole family to come and visit and relax outdoors. Beds are very comfortable. We got to meet the host in person and Mike is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay.”

“The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10……

It's spacious, very clean, thoughtfully and carefully planned and provisioned. Augusto is an excellent host. Communications with him were always clear, timely and pleasant. “Very nicely done property on Long Island, literally minutes off of the LIE. Bed was very comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet, hosts also very quiet. This location was ideal and very cute. Tall ceiling helped to make it feel larger than just one room. Loved the large walk-in shower. Host was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and very accommodating regarding late night check-in. Highly recommend and will consider this location first for our next trip to LI.”

“The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them. Location is convenient to grocery stores and drugstores and a variety of restaurants. The best part besides the location is that I could have my best, furry friend with me”

“Property was very clean and comfortable . We were able to walk to the UBS Arena within 10 minutes , which was very convenient and economical as parking is pricey . Having offstreet parking was so helpful . Ahmed answered all of my questions and his suggestions were helpful . Excellent diner , deli and bakery nearby ! Would highly recommend”

“There are a few things I want to say but to be fair I’ll say this one if you are over 5’9” don’t do it I’m lucky I don’t have a concussion I’m 6’1” and hit my head numerous times, as a oversized couple the bed besides being up against the wall was questionable in support of two people so I spent my time on the couch which one had stains and an Odor, and the better of the two was caving in the middle. The so-called kitchenette, is just a fridge and a microwave so we had to eat out all week and……
