"The ease of checking in was perfect! Because i had google wallet, i didnt even have to stand in line to check in. We had great room overlooking the riverwalk and it was beautiful! The lights at night we beautiful to look at. The beds were comfortable. Slept so good i didnt move and didn't wake up stiff. It was like sleeping on a cloud! The staff were all very nice. Not just nice because that's their job but it seemed as this was who they truly were as people in general. The hotel was located near so much. We paid for valet only because that's our preference, but we walked to most of the places we went. We have even walked as far as the navy pier, and it was a comfortable walk. I would stay here every time i visit this city because of the comfort, location and ease. We actually stayed on the club quarter side both times we stayed. We love it here at this hotel! No complaints at all. The thing i love the most is how some of the things in this hotel are old and you get a sense of going back in time!"
