“Excellent place”

“The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and……

“Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”
