"Cool property right above the river. We really enjoyed our stay- wish it was closer to the s’mores and movie since we had kids. BUT, this loft has a jacuzzi bathtub and is close to downtown. Only downside is if you need more towels rags or whatever you have to go over to the main property which is a few minutes away! Other than that- it’s great!"

"Had never stayed at a hotel like this, first time ever. I was a little iffy about staying here, once I read the reviews was more at easy. The hotel is in a good area, close to mostly everything. Our room was very clean. Had never seen a staff so hands on like here. Saw a staff cleaning even the workout equipment from top to bottom. Very clean hotel. No breakfast but that’s okay. They have a coffee machine with variety of coffees which was very good coffee. Sadly we only got to enjoy one day. The rest of the 2 days, small cups that would over spill. They didnt have the right cups. Front receptionist could have been nicer and wasn’t very nice. Over all loved our stay a very clean hotel!!!"

"I arrived a 90 minutes prior to the 3 PM check in time. I was told by the staff, if I checked in early that there is a $20 early check in fee. Instead of paying the fee I went shopping. I return at 3:05 PM. At that time it took the staff 15 minutes to verify that the room was cleaned. Now, should I request a $10 waiting fee for 20 minutes?"
