“Super friendly staff! Great breakfast room was clean. Bed was comfortable pillows were comfortable. Shower was clean great day for a couple of nights would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed at Albriggt Groove loop. Janice, the host, was so wonderful and caring. It truly felt like we were being cared for and loved by a family member. Your warmth and thoughtful gestures made our stay in the beautiful cabin even more special. The wisdom you shared and the conversations we had are something we will never forget. The atmosphere in the cabin was so warm and welcoming — we absolutely loved it. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, and everything was perfectly arranged for us.……

“The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not book a smoking room. We had two small kids and we got in extremely late. They were already asleep in the room so we didn’t request to change rooms. But the smoke smell was……

“Bed was good. Parking good. I was told there was a coffee pit in the room, there was not. No soap, except a shampoo/conditioner packet. I used to wash my hands. I got in late so it wasn’t worth the trouble to get what I wanted. I just left”

“Like almost all HIE hotels, everything was clean. It is an older property, but renovated; not quite as nice as other HIEs we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I was billed at a higher rate than arranged through Expedia. When checking out, the desk clerk said she would credit the difference to my card. That didn’t happen.”

“Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.”
