“Owner is super lovely and place is in decent location. However, wifi did NOT work and we were only 3 doors down from office, there were stains on all our comforters and sheets, and there was black mold patches on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. I understand with a 3 star hotel you get some subpar stays but this one was def rough. Stars given are only for nice lady with recommendations”

“We went to pick up our room key and my husband was told he could not check us in because our room was in my name ! Then she was quite unfriendly while spouting off all the rules and made me feel like I was out to steal towels and ruin the room . The room we got into was not at all comfortable to sit in as the two hardwood chairs that we had were under a tv in a small space with a bed the size of the room , very soft and awkward , one plug in spot and small table with a Walmart fridge , hot plate……

“This is a great little spot on the west side of the boardwalk and pier. Very short walk to everything! Not right on the beach but directly across the street. The hotel offers beach chairs and other beach equipment such as pails and shovels and boogie boards for guest use. Peter and Lisa are delightful! There is a pool and an awesome BBQ area in the back with tables and chairs, grills microwave and toaster, utensils and condiments. We'll definitely be back!”

“The Beach House Inn is a very nice property in a terrific location. We chose a lower priced room, so looked out onto the parking lot. Overall, our stay was great and we really enjoyed it. There were only two detractors and they're here for information; not to prevent anyone from choosing this property. It's an older building and the walls are quite thin. We were privy to the conversation of our next door neighbors (and they were just speaking to each other in a normal tone; not being loud).……

“Excellent location on the beach. Far enough away from the pier so there isn't a lot of people but close enough to walk to all the attractions.”

“The hotel room was very clean and had lots of soft towels! Our room was fabulous and had a private hot tub on the patio and a gorgeous ocean view. The hotel staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. I hope to return next summer!”

“Our Room was in the hotel. It was basically a rooming house. Not your typical hotel. The rooms were extremely small with little to no room or space for storage. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were toilet stains and hair on floor. It was very quiet. Location was perfect.”

“Bathroom smells like pee. When room above used the bathroom you could hear it really bad in our room. Also 3 times someone tried to open our door by mistake. Very unnerving”
