“The breakfast was ok. We had to sit outside it’s served in the lobby which is very small. Yogurt was taken out of the container and placed in a bowl, the Robles with that is you don’t know what kind of yogurt you are getting. Over all it was clean and a good mid point for us to stop before driving to Bat Harbor.”

“Older property that needs some updates (NO elevators, carpets need cleaning). Not at all walkable to Kennebunkport (many miles). Has a good size pool (but folks said it was cold) and a "hot" hottub. Continental Breakfast included.”

“What a great stay, we stayed here our second night in Old orchard Beach after having a very terrible stay in a different motel that we had to leave due to how unsanitary it was, and had no hot water, we chose to stay here for our second night and everybody was super friendly and nice, and the place was really clean, I was very happy and super impressed with everything about our stay, we will definitely stay here again next time we go to Old orchard beach. The owner was a very sweet woman who……
