"Everything was exceptional. The front desk could of explained how the card works per elevator. Valet was exceptional, the room immaculate."

"The whole experience was poor. From checking in and the front desk clerk not saying hi. I got to my room and it smelled of smoke, the toilet didn't work and the AC wasn't cooling. I called maintenance to fix the toilet and AC. I left the room to go start gambling when I got a phone call saying that I needed to be "removed" from the room. I headed back to the check in desk and they moved me to another room where the AC didn't work again. I couldn't sleep because of how hot the room was. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"I love snowboarding so it is a perfect and affordable spot for me. Been there multiple times throughout the years. The coffee and the hot tub amenities are nice, yet I like the literature available myself."

"We were unable to make it to this destination because of a late spring snowstorm in the mountains. We reached out to the hotel to let them know snd to cancel our reservation. They said we had to call back the next day when a manager was on duty. Called back the next day and the manager was at lunch. Then we got charged for a stay that we never actually checked in for."

"Loved having an outdoors pool and hot tub. Bar/restaurant on the property is a big plus! No driving, just relax! "
