We had everything we needed - from very comfortable rooms, a quiet neighborhood, a gas bbq grill, full equipped kitchen, swimming pool, high speed internet, and board games galore. Everything was very clean and we got to enjoy relaxing at the house in between our fishing outings at Goleta Pier and Lake Cachuma. Thank you, Susie, for a lovely stay and for being responsive to all our questions!”

“The condo has a well stocked kitchen for long stays that require cooking at home. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom which is always nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would say the only downside is the lack of parking for guests or extra cars. Also, the neighborhood is not conducive to walking but the condo itself is bright and comfortable.”
