“There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. ”

“The location of property is everything of course it’s access to the beach but it definitely needs some upgrading for sure! My shower head thing was coming down the ceiling was puffy as if maybe there’s some leakage issues and parking! Yeah be ready to park in the overflow parking which is across the street ”

“The staff on the property was nice and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean however can be updated with better furniture. However over great experience !”

“The staff was incredible. Every single one was awesome. The only issues I had and honestly I feel like we’re a big deal is that when I pulled out the sofa sleeper, under the mattress there were 8-9 chip bags, chip crumbs and a few dirty socks. Then the sheet had MULTIPLE stains and food crumbs. Which tells me housekeeping didn’t clean it properly (so what else wasn’t clean) So I had to go to the office and get all new bedding to make the bed up myself, along with cleaning under the sofa at 10:30……

“Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!”

“I drove five hours to find out that they didn’t have any rooms, even though I had a reservation. It was a terrible place. ”

“I didn’t like anything about this particular property. It took hours to check in the front desk lies to you and not only that they are RUDE. My finally became ready at about 7:40pm after being told on several occasions that it would be ready soon but after 4pm they had no time. My bed had sand on them they charged me for an upgrade but never upgraded the room. The bunk felt like you were sleeping in bricks. It’s ghetto the only thing I like about this property was it was right off the beach……
