“Breakfast was great. Real proteins were available. Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the sheets were coarse.”

“Very nice room. The resturant and bar are excellent and have a very relaxing atmosphere overlooking the golf course. My only complaint is I requested my room be next to a traveling companion, and face the golf course, which they acknowledged would be done, and in fact I received a communication that it was in fact done. However when I checked in, not only were the rooms not next to each other, they were on opposite sides of the hotel. I brought this up to the front desk and was assured the……

“The hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are nice and the showers/sinks are modern. The breakfast was pretty good. In fact, my wife does not eat pork and the person working the breakfast took the time to prepare her turkey sausage to eat one morning. we were very appreciative of the individualized attention that she received.”

“After we checked in @ the front desk we went to our room & immediately noticed the TV was programmed in Spanish & the closed captioning was not working at all. We both speak English & my wife is deaf so the close captioning is a NECESSITY for her & not a luxury. I went to front desk asap & had another one of the employees come to fix this problem. He couldn’t get the remote control to properly program the TV so he went downstairs to the get a new remote control. He came up to the room with a new……

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“Absolutely disgusting room The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs ”
