“Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. “Check-in was easy and as directed. It was great to have a parking space out back. I wish I had known that it was easier to get into the basement apartment from the back parking lot, rather than bringing everything in from the front door. It is a basement apartment with no outside light. Ceiling lights don’t work so you get the light from floor lamps. We were able to check in an hour early, but it was on a whim that I tried since I had emailed, messaged and tried calling the host multiple times……

“This was a great location for visiting our daughter who attends Northeastern University. We could walk to campus or nearby restaurants. There is a subway stop just 5 minutes away. This also made it very easy to get there from the airport. ”

“The location is impossible to improve on. 3.5 blocks to TD Garden, the grocery store, and the metro. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Our only downer was missing out on our last day of sightseeing due to inclement weather. The house was totally updated with excellent heating and appliances but the second floor tub/shower is awkward getting into and out of, especially for elderly. We used it to avoid the additional stairs to the master suite, but some handholds would……
