"I was locked out of my room and the tech could not get in as well. They had the drill thru the lock and get me in - which took them an hour. As frustrated as I was being locked in, the staff were amazing and its an example of when tech fails, nothing anytone can do about it - how you react is why I think is why I give it an excellent review."

Not much of a lobby specially if you get there early or are to check out a little early - non accommodative - $30 charge for requesting an early checkin (60 minutes prior) and also a charge for later checkout. Had a person sprawled out across 4 chairs in the lobby … Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Hot Breakfast was waffles, runny scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage … "

"Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always packed so depending where we were going sometimes it was hard to merge onto and then over two lanes. Other than these two things we really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and the staff was lovely!"
