Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. “Property was clean and within walking distance to downtown restaurants. Private beach was right out the back door and was very convenient for a quick layout in the sun or spending a few hours. Will definitely return!”

The beds was uncomfortable the one box spring had a big hole ..the bed frame was sticking out on one of the beds hit our legs on it numerous times..everything was sticky..very unprofessional desk clerk dirty clothes..microwave didn't work .. outlets was outdated and had a hard time keeping stuff plugged in. “We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“The sheets and towels appeared to be clean, but the floor was filthy. I had to clean it with a towel after checking in. Shower dribbled like a septuagenarian with prostate issues. Water, what little there was, was hot, so I could was. Noisy neighbor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, other than this price range brings in a higher percentage of riff-raff.”

“We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.”

“If you are looking for a bed and a shower, but nothing else, this place should suffice. The proprietor scolded me for not telling him that the lamp didn't work, there was no coffee maker, and the microwave didn't heat. Also, the inside the room security locks were broken -- like the room had been broken into -- and never replaced or repaired. His staff should alert him to these things. If they can't check everything because "people don't want to work" (his words), PAY them. People will work for……
