“Great for what I needed”

“Outside of learning upon arrival that the elevators were not working, the room had a funky smell. The bed pillows had some type of black residue and the tub wasn't clean. We had to purchase Lysol to disinfect and freshen the room. We were only there for one night to take care of a medical emergency with my mother-in-law and we really didn't have time to deal with this. Not to mention that my husband is a disabled VET and our room was on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. We also were……
