“Resort is beautiful. The staff is great, some of our favorites were Albin and Katiya. Rooms are clean with nice air conditioning. Pool was cool and relaxing. Great, great resort would love to go back.”

“I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. Other than that we love the gym……

“We booked the room with the private jacuzzi and It was worth the few extra dollars a night! We have stayed 4 times and each time it gets better. Except for the restaurant and bar. Not very friendly and $100 pesos for a small cup or coffee. Also they do not service the pool.”

“Great location and nice suite. The suite has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of room and great views to the ocean as well to the city. For the city, the boats do come very close to the swim line in Playa Norte. Some are literally on the line. The line seems to have a smaller area to swim than before. I wish they would move the line up so there’s more space for people to enjoy the water.”

“The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member……

“My room #25 had a nice view of the courtyard, the pool, abd some ocean viewm. The king size bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I could say was that the bathroom sink faucet needed an aerator. When turned on, some water spray would get on the counter. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.”
