"Beautiful property but the rooms/lobby need to be updated. The beds we not comfortable and the water pressure in the rooms could have been better. However, the service was amazing and staff members always would greet us with a smile. The whole resort was clean, I felt like they had a great system in place for their daily cleaning of the entire resort. They raked the beach every morning too, it made for a beautiful beach experience. Excellent entree options at the restaurants, the buffets had a great variety! "

"It was our first time in Cancun and we loved our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was really good! Highly recommend La Joya and the mussels that our waiter said we must try!!!!! The new restaurants downstairs were all really great too. Would love to go back!"

"First timr in Cancun and glad i made a choice to Wyndham Alltra! Staff are so welcoming and very pleasant. I travelled with my 9 yr old girl and she enjoyed the whole 5 days of stay! Camp for kids were very accommodating. Food is tasty from taco to Italian and sushi! Place very clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Beach is heaven! Definitely this is a repeat adventure!"
