"The beach is literally right outside the property, easy access from all the buildings, and it’s beautiful. My suite was large and had a large balcony with a great view and you could hear the waves. The food at both restaurants is surprisingly good for a hotel, and the drinks were ok too. Very easy to just spend all your time at the resort and never leave, but parking is very convenient."

"My son and I were on a road trip and booked this wonderful beach house for a short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, its location and the fact that it’s right on the beach. It was very relaxing & enjoyable. The house was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host is responsive, helpful and kind."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was filled with everything you need. In the kitchen they have plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils , pot holders, baking pans, cooking sheets, coffee pot with k cup, seasonings, dishwasher tabs, microwave and a high oven in the wall. The oven was the one thing that was hard for me to use because I’m 5’ 3” and oven is high and you can’t pull out or put in pans from the front of the oven because the counter is in the way. The table at the top of the stairs has placemats, coasters and a book to leave a message about your stay. Upstairs has a pull out bed and main floor does as well. Beds were comfortable, pillows were ok. The main floor has a coffee, microwave , sink and limited dishes and silverware but plenty upstairs. The shower on the main floor took some adjusting to get good temperature , pressure was good. Plenty of towels bath and beach. Upstairs shower had good pressure too. Washer and dryer in the garage worked great. There was some laundry soap and dryer sheets on the shelf. They have two bikes, a wagon, some beach toys, chairs and a cooler. The patio is nice we didn’t use the fireplace, but the set up is pretty. Outside shower is nice has hot water. The patio doors to lock them read the note on the handle. They had some games, we played uno and monopoly. Go see the sea lions by beach parking lot in the channel! Everyone loved our stay here. We recommend if your looking to be close a beach."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was wonderful. Spacious, clean and as advertised. The view of the harbor and nearby seals and beach added perfect touches to our adventure. Made it to downtown Ventura nearby and had great food and bars at our fingertips. Love the house. It made our stay amazing. The outdoor patio also made for a great gathering spot. Would highly recommend this place for any sized group."

"Super cute house! Plenty of beach toys, wagons, chairs, cornhole, kitchen items, etc. Very clean and comfortable stay. 1 min walk to the harbor and 2 minute to the beach side. We saw seals, sand dollars & hermit crabs!"
