“We stayed in Megs Boarding House for my birthday weekend. Didnt help that it rained and a cold front came thru. But didnt stop us from utilizing the pool. I dont think id stay in megs boarding house again though and would definitely upgrade to a newer cabin. But glad i got to experience staying in there. Was very adorable, but walls are super thin and we were upstairs and man those stairs are steep ...and i get it...its old fashioned megs boarding house lol. But there was even dirt marked on the……

“Loved everything about our stay. The property is clean, organized, and the instructions and friendly reminders were super helpful. We were welcomed with a Dog Welcome package, including dog treats, towels, and a listing of all dog friendly eateries and activities to do around town which we greatly appreciated (and so did our pup).”

“What a beautiful, serene property right on Cypress Creek. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the trail to Blue Hole. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be back!”

“Easy to find, was exactly as advertised online. Bonus wildlife galore along with beautiful hill country landscape outside. Cabin was quaint and comfortable, the bed was luxurious. Area was very quiet and peaceful, nice getaway. We very much enjoyed our a stay and first time to ever use Vrbo. Will consider staying here again in the future and definitely will continue to use Vrbo in the future!!!!”

“Great place; highly recommend; we met the owner and he is so very nice; you can bring your chipping wedge and putter and have a good time on the grounds! Close to town and all shopping and restaurants!👍”

“We were in the area for a wedding, just my girlfriend and myself. The cabin was very well decorated and spacious feeling despite smaller square footage. The outside is lovely and well put together. You are still close to the road and can hear traffic, but you can not see the road or be seen from the road. It still felt very secluded. You are also less than 2 miles from Wimberley square. We will definitely stay again.”

“It is a full 1 bedroom but for some reason I thought it was going to be more like one large room. Bathroom is spacious. It really has everything you need to stay long term if that’s what you are looking for. I’m a bit tech challenged so I had a little trouble with the TV but that’s probably just me.”
