“The host was VERY responsive to two very minor questions/issues that came up! I felt like she went out of her way to make sure that they were resolved quickly and accurately. And they were truly very minor issues. The house was also very clean. It’s also modern and updated. The checkout instructions were very easy and clear. “My family (4 adult1 teen a 5 month) and I stayed 4 nights. Home is very roomy and welcoming. The home was so cozy we actually opted to cook there every morning and evening. Great distance to Austin where we spent most of our time. Quick 30 min drive. We picked this location because we also went to the Texas monthly bbq fest which was 25 minutes and also San Marcos was a short distance. “Check in was fast and easy. Our stay was was amazing. Our family enjoyed it very much. If you like firm beds this is the place. Will consider staying here again in the future. ”

“Huge house. Plenty of room for everyone. Second house unattached with gym and kitchenette came in handy to allow the younger adults some private space while the old folks hung out in the main house. The karaoke room and machine was a hit and will now be required for all future family gatherings. ”
