“Okay staff is really nice but the building is under construction and there was some leaks from the ceilings at random places, I truly appreciate the staff but they need to be more clean and on it with mopping the rooms and cleaning the rug. The steam room was unclean and the sauna, breakfast was 10/10.”

“A beautiful spot in a lush park. The building is charming and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit.”

“Parking was limited. Often people double parked over lines didn’t allow others to park. The hotel seemed dated and needed carpet cleaning and shelving and cabinets replaced. Windows were clouded white . The elevator arrived with an extreme thud both rising and downward. I reported the parking issue and the clerk looked at me like I was out of my mind and didn’t say a word.”

“We found bed bugs in our room, the bathroom was filthy. The older gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful, the man that checked us out was not. One of the staff was also playing with a tennis ball in the parking lot and loitering around, he ended up hitting our car with the ball. We checked out early and were not able to get a refund.”

“This is a newer hotel so overall it’s clean and looks good. Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday. So we just had to put a towel in front of the……

“This is a last resort at all costs place. We stayed because it was only place with available rooms. It’s old. It’s dirty, and pictures online are not eve. The sane place. Bedding was dirty and stained. The one towel one way cloth left to us were stained and old. Dirty diapers in hallway. Homes in wall and doors. It’s is really bad. Breakfast was cold cereal. That’s it!! Do not stay here. ”

“The property needs updating. The price was too high for the condition of the property.”

“Breakfast was fresh, room very clean, only one con no pc ports in the room. ”
