“I enjoyed my stay very clean more than enough parking and the casino was great even though I loss but will definitely return…staff was fantastic”

“? The Hotel can use some update. The heater wasn’t working in a swimming pool. Carpet was dirty throughout the hotel and elevator. Rooms were dark, there are only 3 lamps in each room. The room didn’t have a chair for the desk”

“We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service. We also tried out the onsite steakhouse (T-bones), great food and drinks. One of the best things about our stay was the view from our balcony. We had an upper floor facing the lake. The sunset was beautiful. The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. My one disappointment with our stay was we were charged a……

“Toilet didn’t work properly finally fixed it one hour prior to checkout . Also no refund was given and breakfast lady was quite rude and the place was very busy”

“Sleeping soundly”

“No elevator to 2nd floor. The A/C leaked all over the floor. They mopped it up but it leaked again overnight. Curtains were badly torn and ripped. Soap was 1-1/2” x 1/4” and did not make lather. Breakfast had no eggs or even fake scrambled eggs.”

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The owners (?) had a very thick Indian accent which made communication nearly impossible especially since I have some hearing loss. The hotel was okay for my husband and I but I can not recommend it for families.”

“Disgusting property. We had a bag of dirty towels in our room. Barely any water out of the shower head/ only warm water no hot! Our door barely opened and closed without throwing body into it. Staff was absolutely rude as they get. We told them about our room and did not apologize for how disgusting it was. Parking lot was full of trash. 0/10 would never stay here.”
