"This property was true to the listing and we would stay again in a heartbeat. We chose it for the location, the spaciousness, and the well appointed rooms. Favorite touches of the house - boogie bords, noodles, snorkel, and camping chairs for use, cordless vacuum, auto-icemaking refrigerator with filtered water (we don't have one normally so this was so nice!), and the lanai.While this location required a little bit of extra driving to get in and out, we found it well worth it to decompress from the days' activities. The kids said their favorite activites were going to Panaewa Rainforest Zoo, honey tasting at Punalani Bee Farm, and jumping off the stone tower at Moku Ola."

Everything was clean and relaxing from the long driveway buffering a quiet neighborhood road to the upstairs suite with lanai overlooking a back jungle. "Each bedroom and bathroom being situated across the living room (one on far left, one on far right) from each other was really nice after traveling with our 2 daughters for a week. It gave us some privacy from each other and a treat to each have our own bathroom. We loved the lanai and 2 separate sets of furniture on it to enjoy the view. We ordered breakfast from the host to be delivered which was a special treat and tasted amazing."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Spacious & Modern Pāhoa Retreat Near Kehena Beach! Our group ranged in age from 87 to 96, with one 44-year-old, and this home was perfect for everyone. While it has two levels, the layout was spacious and beautifully designed, making it comfortable and easy to navigate.The colors and design made everyone feel very special—like it was a real treat to be there. The bathrooms were large and well-appointed, and the linens were soft and high-quality, adding to the overall comfort. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the home had everything we could have wanted to make our stay enjoyable.We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the home while we were there and the kindness that was shown to our group is enough to make me be a cheerleader for this property. Also, the management company was super responsive and very helpful! The peaceful location was ideal, offering a quiet retreat while still being close to all local attractions. They were in the process of finishing an outdoor kitchen and a whole outdoor area, which will be amazing once completed. If we ever get the chance to return to the Big Island, we would love to stay here again!This is a beautiful property and we made forever memories there. Thankful that we chose this place! "
