"Overall a nice place in a great location! Corridors are a little creepy and the elevator is tiny but it’s a small hotel so not a problem! Did get woken up by a cleaner/staff banging on the door at 10am without requesting a wake up call but room was clean, modern and safe!"

"Very nice hotel located in walking distance from TONS of shops grocery stores restaurants and the Cologne Cathedral which is a major plus for travelers. We never had to use any ride shares or taxi. If you need to get around further distances, this hotel is also in walking distance to the tram which was another big plus for us. They have very nice friendly staff that were very accommodating to us from the US. It was a nice stay and will stay here again when we come back to Germany."

"This was a lovely stay and met all our needs as a family of 4. Splitting the sofa bed to have the beds apart a bit would've worked a bit better for us but that's a personal thing. The main bed was really comfy! Water pressure was crap so that needs addressed however I do think they are maybe just being more cautious with water use given the heat waves! So that's ok. It's not a bad location at all. Rooms really quiet. We used the bar area and the possibility to buy a few drinks/snacks from the fridges across from the reception was great. I'd recommend the hotel to friends"
