“I’m very disappointed with the hotel because they charge on my credit card several times and they don’t fixed the issue right away. I contact the property to resolved this matter and the staff was not professional. The manager never call me back and the transactions I have never received back however I changed again and again”

“Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !”

“No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable.”

“We had a balcony oceanfront, gorgeous. Room was beautiful and spacious, bathroom was amazing. 2 issues, one the electronic door lock battery died and we waited about 30” outside in 90 degree weather for maintenance to show up and fix/ let us in. Second - a dog pooped on our door threshold overnight and we had to step over a pile to get out of our room, that was a little disturbing at such a high end location. ”
