Love the friendly and kind concierge. The rooms are nicely decorated and the furniture is lovely.

As a frequent business traveler, I'm always looking for a hotel that isn't a sterile reminder that I'm sacrificing quality of life to be on the road. The Olivia Hotel is one of the few hotels that doesn't constantly remind me that I'm traveling for work. At the heart of the hotel is an intimate cafe with a simple yet well-executed complimentary breakfast. You can pick and choose the items you want, from overnight oats to quiche and even avocado toast. The coffee program feels fit for even...

Great hotel close to the venue I needed for a concert. Staff was super nice, rooms are cozy and clean. They also provide plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. Their restaurant. Moonlark was delicious for breakfast as well!

Loved the romantic rooftop bar, and the whole hotel is beautifully appointed. Special thanks to Yuri(?) at the front desk, who upgraded my partner and me to a suite due to our original room not being ready on time.

What truly makes this Sonder Craftsman special is all about the onsite staff! I have stayed here for close to a month. At the front desk always with a smile you will meet Tiana, Sophie, Em and every person working this position. They are all full of positive energy, kindness, humanity and extreme professionalism. The same goes for the 24/7 Security Gaurds, Omar, Demil and others will make you feel safe and welcome home as you come and go. They are authentic proving how far kindness and...

Top tier everything. Make your money and go enjoy it at the intercontinental.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great. FREE parking was awesome . It was limited but great that it didn’t cost anything

Good overall. Has nice restaurant in the hotel that I got a 25$ food credit for when I booked with Expedia.

However, we later discovered that the bottom of the white slippers we wore, which were provided by the hotel, were black. This was a clear indication that the carpet is in need of a good shampoo. I believe that vacuuming is being done on a regular basis, but a deep thorough cleansing of the carpets is definitely needed.

Great staff very comprehensive in All aspects lkepomg It simple

Outstanding facilities. Clean, waiter and comfortable rooms

I showed up at the Royal Palace with my back completely thrown out while on a solo roadtrip and was very moved by the staff's kindness. They helped me get into my room early so I could lie down, and when it unexpectedly got much worse they helped me extend my stay and even brought me a fork when my food delivery was missing one! I will absolutely be back and especially recommend the Royal Palace to anyone dealing with medical stuff or disabilities. They were so understanding and nice which made...
