“This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.”

“Everything the host has control of was great. The only negative I would say is that it is on the second story, so not ideal for small kids. Neighbors got upset with us at one point. ”

“This was such an ideal place to stay during my sabbatical and leisure visit to Austin Texas. Located perfectly in the Northeast area of Austin, close to downtown and walkable to a ton of great places. The condo was clean and tidy and was perfect for what it was used for during my 4 night 5 day trip.
