“Very clean room, had everything we needed”

“clean motel, staff very friendly”

“Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’.”

“This is a beautiful new hotel. Super clean. Beds are comfortable. Check in and out is a breeze. The common area is big and comfortable. The free breakfast is great! The pool is nice too. Only thing I would have liked is a hot tub! Overall just a nice place to stay outside the dells that feels removed from the hustle and bustle but only 15 mins to the strip. ”

“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This……

“The room was clean and comfortable. One slightly annoying thing was that I filled out a form for a faster check in as we knew we would be arriving later, but still had to produce an id even though I had uploaded that into their automated system. Not that big of a deal but slightly a bummer to dig it out when I didn’t think I would have to. ”
