“Finally, a place listed as a secluded cabin that ACTUALLY IS a secluded cabin! It was everything we hoped for. Modern, comfortable, and relaxing. Sitting on the screened in porch, drinking coffee, and listening to the early morning rain was amazing. The main bathroom has a separate makeup mirror and great lighting. There's a county park nearby with hiking trails. And an old trestle bridge down the road; when the cars roll over the boards, it's like distant thunder. The host was easy to reach,……

“We had a wonderful stay at The Lone Oak! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The hosts were friendly and always available with any questions we had. The peaceful setting with the rolling hills and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets made it easy to relax and unplug.We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the beautiful countryside views while watching the many birds and other wildlife. The stocked kitchen and comfortable beds made it feel like……

“We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. ”

“Oh my goodness where do I begin?Very clean, beautifully updated bungalow with all the charm possible! All the basic things you need for a stay are available, one of the BEST stocked kitchen with not only utensils but cooking basics. Comfortable king bed (only 2 of us) but both bedrooms lovely! LOVED the 1/2 bath right off the King room!! And the kitchen nook? a sweet place to have coffee and watch all the birds, squirrels :0) Table also has a tray with all the local tour and eatery information……
