"Very short stay because of airline delays so arrived very late but had great staff to help. The one suggestion would be to have a new sofa bed. The one that was there was awful and was not even possible to sleep on. Staff promptly brought a roll away bed that was better."

The credit card used by the VRBO company to secure the room was rejected so we had to pay for the room twice. It was refunded eventually, but was a huge inconvenience. We did not receive connecting rooms like we had booked, which is the whole reason we booked this particular VRBO in the first place. It was a disappointing experience. "We booked two connecting rooms through the host/agent. When we checked in, our rooms did not connect and one of the rooms was already occupied. We had to end up having the hotel cancel the reservation and I was able to book a larger room that could accommodate our party. I notified the booking agent/host and only received one reply about our issue and that they were checking on it and still have not heard back. I was able to get the refund for the rooms only. "Property was double booked. Owner did not respond to any contact. Apparently the room was rented out to someone else a week prior to our arrival despite the booking having been made a month ago. I received no cancellation notice nor any refund. Had to book another room last minute as a result.Owner is liar and a coward."
