"It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use."

"My family decided to rent this villa over Christmas there were 13 of us, mostly adults but 2 young children and some younger adults, communication was great no issues, the villa location was just on the out side of town but a short ride to town by taxi, or there’s a bus, the villa was excellent maybe needing a freshen up but nothing major, the pool was cold but I suppose in summer months this isn’t an issue, all in all we had a great time and I would recommend this villa, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Its a very nice , clean property. We were all happy with it and Francusco was very helpful when we asked about anything. Shops, restraunt and pub not far from house. Pool decent size and plenty seating around it in sun or shade. We would book again and recommend to family and friends."

The weather in early April,although sunny, was cool and we were glad, therefore, that one of the pools could be heated, as this was the main attraction for the children especialy. "We were a group of 10 guys on a golf trip. The house was very spacious and well equipped with a short walk to Cabopino golf course. We had cars which is needed as it quite far from both shops and restaurants. Overall a very good place to stay!"

"The property is huge with nice garden and pool area. There were a few areas where cleaning should have been better (under the rim of some of the toilets). Everything was functional but the kitchen in particular needs upgrading - very old appliances, pans with loose handles and crockery/cutlery that has clearly been there for years."
