“The place was clean and I would definitely stay here again. A lot of the administration must be handled by Book Hocking rather than the owner who actually knows the property. They use similar language in every property description, including “4-wheel drive recommended” even though there is a perfectly flat parking area, and “leave your trash in the bins out on the driveway”, even though it should have said walk/drive your trash 1/8 mile to the end of the private road where all the trash cans……

“We were disappointed in the hot tub and did not use it. The water was cloudy. I didn't bother contacting the host about it because we wouldn't have felt comfortable using it after that. The water inside the cabin smelled, I do realize it was well water. The access to the goats was not good, there was what we thought was another rental behind us and we didn't want to disturb them. Sweet cat and kitten came to visit. The cottage was cute but needed some maintenance.”

“Clean cabin, blessedly some coffee was provided AND filters for the coffee maker. Firewood was stacked near the fire pit and we were able to have fires on two nights of our stay. Hot water in the shower and plenty of towels available. Quiet setting despite near neighbors. Close proximity to Logan but felt secluded.”

“The cabin is very nicely setup with everything you need for a couple of nights in the woods. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Logan and close to the Hocking Hills state park for some day hiking among the waterfalls and cliffs.”
