Servers were fantastic. After returning from an evening out we went to the Commons bar. Wonderful team in Commons bar. Great choice of drinks available with some exceptional Whiskies. A fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every member of staff were met were absolutely first class! We are looking forward to returning in the near future. Girls in spa are not friendly at all. Very disappointing, as this hotel was choosen because of the spa mainly. Very limited parking space, which is not mentioned on site at all. Should park on ZOO parking most of the time, which is not free."
