"Our stay was was what we needed for the events we had to attend. The trains were the biggest issue. Did not get much sleep. Also no communication when the breakfast would be available. We are early risers and opening at 7 was too late for us we went to a eating place west of town. The one closest to us did not look like an inviting place to eat, We walked along the River which is nice."

"Stayed here while racing bicycles in the area. Third year in a row now. The house is beautiful and beatifully decorated. Full of antiques. The breakfasts are delicious. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Burlington."

"Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. We went to dinner & came back to a clean room. We really didn't like the shower, the curtain sticks to your body no matter...

"We were checking in late so called them and they gave us nice instructions, everything. Was great. We booked 2 rooms and they gave us adjoining so we could open the door and hang out as a family. Even though we were late, we were greeted by the host and given recommendations for dinner. Very nice and clean place, great comfortable beds. "

"Perfect location for our visit; one block from the Nauvoo Temple. The apartment is well stocked and the four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for a large group. Parking is right on the street and so easy, steps from the front door. We ate at the lower level restaurant for multiple meals and it was great quality and price. The apartment is quiet and cozy and everything you would want for stopping in this small town. "
