“The food was amazing! Every meal was great, the buffet was a very pleasant surprise! I have struggled in other stays with the buffets but this one really had something for everyone. Rooms were fantastic and cleaned daily. Beach access was steps away if you decided to leave the pools everything was steps away ”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Staff is nice and property is well maintained. Now for everything else 1) The worst shuttle services I have ever experienced. The shuttle was almost 2 hours late, and I think they only came because my mom called them (my cell service was not working so I was unable to call). This made me feel very unsafe and anxious as a solo female traveler. Book a private shuttle through viator or arrange for a taxi but NEVER through this hotel. They offered no compensation or anything for this.……

“Great stay at Harborside at Atlantis! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. Loved the access to Atlantis water park, pools, and beach. Perfect place for a family vacation. Would definitely visit again!”

“Breakfast was good ,they need to figure out a way to keep the eggs hot. Otherwise, the breakfast was good with a nice variety to choose from.The room was clean and fresh towels were provided. Room is small . Very convenient area, beach right across from hotel. ”
