I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!!! First off, it is not a hotel, it is an apartment /studio in NYC, and it is illegal to rent out apartments as air bnb. Secondly, no instructions were sent to me about “check in”, so I went to the address listed on the Expedia listing. There was no such address. I was called by the operator who told me to read the instructions! Since i did not receive any by text or email he had to text me the REAL address of unit, with the instructions on how to get into the……
