“So we checked in then went up to the room to come and find out that the room was never cleaned it was still a mess and in shambles. Like nobody clean the room that day from the previous guests but on top of that I had dinner reservations and we had to wait in additional hour to be able to go use the room so we can get ready to go to dinner. “It was rated a 9.2 on Expedia and in my opinion it was not even close to that -apparently "bots" do the ratings. Just walking down the hallway to my room the place smelled really bad. The room had cobwebs in the corner of the room with spiders and dead insects just hanging there. Woke up in the middle of the night and had to flick off a big bug from the bed. The towels had "yellow" stains on them. I've stayed at a lot of places and it by far is no where near a 9.2.”

“I arrived a little after midnight. The staff was very helpful and checked us in quickly. The 2 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and hot. Didn't get a chance to check out the amenities, spent 2 days at Hershey Park. One day at amusement park and the next day at the water park. Kids enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.”
