"Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Loved the decor and art exhibits. Very convenient to Rush St and Michigan Ave shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows, got three great nights of sleep. The 21C Museum Hotel does not have the awful motion sensor thermostats that many of the larger chains (Marriott) are now using. This allows the guest to continuously run the HVAC fan and have good white noise while sleeping. I would definitely stay at the 21C again, and will look to stay at their locations in other cities. Thank you 21C for a great stay."

"I liked the cleanliness of our room and friendly staff! I didn't like that there was no accessable microwave, even in the lobby or near the ice machine. I LOVED the lobby vibe, the R&B music always playing as we entered or exited!"
